I made beef stew and put it in a pumpkin to bake for an hour. Fun dinner.

we had a pumpkin potluck at our church last Sunday. They had a contest for the best pumpkin dish. Pumkin Tiramisu won. You would have totally won with your pumpkin stew!
Did it tast "pumpkin-y"?
Yes, a little too much pumpkin taste - the pumpkin I used was stringy - like spaghetti. I'd use a different kind of pumpkin next time - one with a better tasting pumpkin.
